The wood fired oven Baker, is an handmade oven with a high quality refractory bricks, a cast iron door and a brick and cork paint finish native to the southern region of Portugal, in addition the oven also has three different types of insulation in addition to a 5 cm thick ceramic fiber ensuring heat retention for several hours.
The oven can be installed in outdoor or indoor enveironment, it is delivered ready to use requires no maintenance or protection against the elements.
