SHIPPING & DELIVERY
NOTICE: All orders placed from the 2nd of August 2020 will be prepared upon arrival and delivered from the 5th of September 2020.
During the following months of May, June July and August the shipping time is expected to increase 3 to 4 days due to increased shipping issues. Beware that all Premium and Traditional Ovens have a 20 to 30 days shipping time during these troublesome times.
When you order an item, you want it directly. Therefore we do our utmost to deliver you order as soon as possible. The objective is to deliver our orders between 8 to 12 working days from the moment we have the confirmation of payment. However when items are out of stock or during vacation time there may be a delay. In this case, we will notify you of a new estimated delivery date. If you have any questions regarding delivery, you can contact our customer service by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name and order number.
All orders will require a signature upon arrival. The carrier will contact you to set a delivery time. Extraordinary delivery requirements may require extra charges for the carrier.

Additional shipping and handling charges will be applied at time of departure, if additional transit time is required. Locations outside of a regular delivery area may be limited. To learn more about delivery to these areas, please contact our customer service.

Buyers from non European countries might have to pay additional fees, for example: customs taxes or import fees. Countries that we know that practice this type of taxation are:

Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied that the order does not correspond to what you wanted, please contact our customer service department by email email@example.com within 14 days. We will proceed to the return, exchange of the product or to the reimbursement of its value, after verification of your complaint. We will ask that the item(s) is in its original packaging. If an item returns damaged, we reserve the right to tax an indexed value on the sale price.
For a refund after confirmation and payment, the refund will be made without penalty. With the exception of barbecues, tailor-made ovens, as well as the Mosaic range considered a specific product because manufactured on demand. For this type of cancellation 3 days after validation of your order, we proceed to a penalty of 10% on the total value.
Derivative costs to a return will not be refunded, except in the case of defective or defective products, or products sent by mistake. We will ask you not to return the product without any warning in advance. For a return, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days, in order to speed up the process remember to note the number or order reference.
When taking back a return, the product in question must be packed and available at the same address where it was delivered.
